I have no regrets, although I do have to work hard to remind myself of that.lizziehttp://motherrunner.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10759842.post-15055387955654878522011-10-25T06:56:00.852-05:002011-10-25T06:56:00.852-05:00Thanks so much for your thoughts. I can completely relate to your comments in part 2 about "I stay home with my kids" with people in Massachusetts and being frustrated that people think that's all you are. It's been something I've struggled with as well. THank you for your thoughts!Danihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/14814829509609759375noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10759842.post-16866139027522261682011-10-23T09:05:38.021-05:002011-10-23T09:05:38.021-05:00A lot of the things you mention in this post are t...A lot of the things you mention in this post are things I've thought a lot about in the last 2 1/2 years, especially in finding a balance between motherhood and still allowing your own identity to grow and develop.

It's a tricky balance, isn't it? Especially when you have the psychology/sociology background so these are issues that you see maybe differently than others might. I know that it kind of came up a lot with my other friends from the sociology graduate program.

The questions/issues raised from "In an ideal world..." on are also things that I have really thought about a lot.Elisabethhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/03276442217102009518noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-10759842.post-34891190553825215572011-10-23T07:31:28.573-05:002011-10-23T07:31:28.573-05:00You can't leave us hanging like that :-)!You can't leave us hanging like that :-)!Marcihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04472908282219245038noreply@blogger.com
